What's the difference between the City and Suburban Dog Collars?
Suburban Dog Collar: We designed the Suburban range for dogs who love to play hard but still deserve to look good doing it. If your pup is more 'running through puddles at the park' than 'strolling past cafés', this is the one.
The collar is made with premium, high-strength polyester strapping that's built to handle even the strongest pullers, paired with a cushioned neoprene lining so it stays comfortable all day. The heavy-duty quick-release metal buckle makes it easy to take on and off (no fumbling with stiff clasps after a big walk).
City Dog Collar: Our City Collars are made from premium vegan leather with reinforced marine-grade nylon strapping underneath for long-lasting strength. Both sides are lined with fabric so the collar sits comfortably against your dog's neck without rubbing or itching.
Unlike cheaper collars that are simply glued and stitched together, our collars are reinforced with strong metal hardware and use the same durable nylon strapping found in marine and outdoor equipment. The rose gold hardware and lightweight PUPSTYLE charm add a premium finish that looks as good as it feels.
We're also proudly cruelty-free, we don't use animal leathers on our animals. Your dog gets a luxurious, durable collar without any animals being harmed in the process.

How do I find the right size for my dog?
Grab a soft tape measure and wrap it around your pup's neck where the collar would naturally sit. You want it snug enough that you can comfortably fit one or two fingers between the tape and their neck, not too tight, not too loose.
Don't have a tape measure? A piece of string and a ruler works just as well.

Is it comfortable for my dog to wear every day?
Absolutely! Our Dog Collars are designed for all-day, everyday wear. Comfort is something we obsess over at PUPSTYLE. Every product goes through multiple rounds of sampling and testing with real dogs until we're confident it's 110% comfortable before we even think about applying our prints.
The collar width also scales with each size (1.5cm for Small, 2cm for Medium, 2.5cm for Large), so smaller dogs get a proportionally lighter collar and larger dogs get the added width for comfortable pressure distribution. As long as you've got the right size and can fit one to two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck, they'll be happy wearing it from morning zoomies to evening couch cuddles.
How does the engraving work?
Our engraved charm turns your collar into something genuinely useful — not just beautiful. Here's how it works:
When you select 'Yes Engraving' on the product page, you'll be able to choose between your dog's name or one of our cheeky pre-set phrases (personal favourite: "I'M LOST & MUM IS UGLY CRYING. CALL HER ON"). Add your phone number, pick a symbol (paw print, crown, love heart and more), and choose your font style.
Everything is engraved onto the Pupstyle charm that comes attached to the collar, so your pup has their ID details on them at all times, no dangling tags needed.
How do I clean and look after the collar?
Keeping it fresh is easy. Just wipe it down with a damp, soapy sponge and let it air dry. The polyester and neoprene are quick-drying, so it won't stay soggy after a wash or an unexpected puddle moment.
For the rose gold hardware, just keep it away from perfumes, moisturisers, and sunscreens where possible, and dry the metal parts after washing. A little care goes a long way, our customers regularly get years of daily wear out of their Suburban collars, and many come back just because their pup outgrew their size, not because the collar wore out.
